Applications for a licence
(1) A person who intends to undertake any of the activities specified in section 15(1) shall apply to the Commissioner for a licence for any of the activities specified section 15 (1).
(2) An application under subsection (1) shall be––
- (a) in the prescribed form;
- (b) accompanied by the prescribed fees; and
- (c) lodged with the Commissioner in the prescribed manner.
